SMOKED APPLE MANHATTAN

2 oz. Latitude 55 Apple Rye
1 oz. Amaro Montenegro
2 dashes Angostura bitters
smoked vanilla syrup
green apple slices

Combine all ingredients in an glass with
a large ice cube. Stir until chilled. Garnish
with apple slices.

PHANTOM MOONSHINE
OLD FASHIONED

2 oz. Latitude 55 Moonshine
spiced simple syrup
1 dash cherry bitters
1 dash orange bitters
orange slice
maraschino cherry

Add simple syrup and bitters to an Old
Fashioned glass. Add moonshine and stir.
Add a large ice cube and stir until chilled.
Garnish with orange and cherry.

APPLE OF MY RYE

2 oz. Latitude 55 Apple Rye
1 oz. St. Remy Brandy
4 oz. apple juice
1 dash orange bitters
simple syrup
dehydrated apple slice

Add simple syrup and bitters to a glass
filled with ice. Add apple rye and brandy.
Stir until chilled. Garnish with apple slice.
