Ingredients:
- 1 oz Broken Oak Spiced Brum
- 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 2/3 oz Lemon Juice
- Ice
- Top with Grapefruit Juice
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to shaker.
2. Shake with ice for 15s.
3. Strain into Collins glass with new ice.

- 2oz Broken Oak Spiced Brum
- Agave or Maple Syrup
- Angostura Bitters
- Orange Peel

- Pour in 2 oz of Brum, add bar spoon Agave or Maple Syrup, and two Dashes Angostura Bitters. Stir for 10-12 seconds.
- Twist orange peel over the top and drop in.
