Craft Your Own Gin

The ultimate bucket list experience: Gather a group of co-workers, close friends, or family members and distill your own handcrafted gin at Latitude 55 Distillery! Led by our team of experts, this immersive gin-making experience allows you to craft a truly distinct spirit unique to your tastes and preferences and make memories that will last forever (and a gin that probably won’t)!

• Handpick your favourite flavours from our curated selection of botanicals (changing seasonally).
• Participate in the distilling process -- watch your gin go from concept to reality.
• Gain insight into the distillation process and the intricate artistry of creating premium spirits.
• Enjoy the opportunity to taste your gin as it comes off the still and after the distillation is complete.
• Receive 12 custom bottles of your very own top-quality gin (to be received a few days later).

Investment: $1,000 for the group (not including tax or gratuity), which includes 12 x 750ml bottles. There is no limit to group numbers. The experience takes 2-3 hours.
