Celebrate at Grande Prairie’s Old Firehall. From birthdays and corporate gatherings to Christmas parties and intimate wedding receptions, our lounge offers a warm setting, locally crafted spirits and a team to help bring your event together.

Make the Lounge Yours

Reserve the lounge exclusively for your group of 30–60 guests. We’ll close to the public for your event, with dedicated staff, glassware, tables and seating included. A minimum food and beverage spend applies in addition to the rental fee.

Make the celebration your own:

• Drinks for every guest: Choose from wine, beer, cocktails and mocktails, or work with our team to create a signature cocktail for the occasion. Yes, all ages are welcome.

• Food your way: Enjoy our tapas-style menu or bring in a third-party caterer.

• Your atmosphere: Add décor and personal touches, connect your own playlist, or ask us about live music and entertainment.

• A distillery experience: Add a guided tasting, tour, or gin or limoncello-making session.

• Gifts with a local touch: Ask about locally crafted spirits or custom-branded bottles for guests, employees and clients. 

You’ll have one point of contact to help coordinate the details. For corporate events, ask us about company tabs, drink tickets and flexible billing options.

Christmas Parties

Bring your team, friends or family together for a Christmas celebration at The Old Firehall. Make it a festive night with cocktails, food, music and space to enjoy each other’s company. Add a signature holiday cocktail or locally crafted bottles for gifts and party favours.

Celebrate Your Team in January

Many companies choose to celebrate in the new year so their teams can enjoy the festivities without adding to the December rush. With fewer scheduling conflicts and something to look forward to after the holidays, January is a great time to gather and kick off the year together. Book a private event in January and save $500 on the minimum food and beverage spend.

Intimate Wedding Receptions

Celebrate your day, your way. Our lounge comfortably hosts 30–50 of your closest family and friends, with room to dine, mingle and make memories.

A TV is available for photo slideshows and displays, along with a microphone for speeches and toasts. Your wedding booking includes two 60-minute consultations with your dedicated event contact to help plan the details leading up to your reception.

Choose a date and time that fits your wedding plans. Your booking includes access to the lounge up to one hour before guests arrive for setup. Additional setup time may be arranged for a fee. All décor, personal belongings and event items must be removed the same evening.
