Latitude 55 Kakwa Rum - Recipes

Espresso Falls Martini

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Latitude 55 Kakwa Rum
  • 1 oz coffee liquor
  • 1 oz Broken Oak Brulée Bliss
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • Ice

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to shaker

2. Shake with ice for 15s

3. Strain out ice and dry shake for 15s

4. Pour into coupe glass, garnish with 3 coffee beans

Kakwa Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Latitude 55 Kakwa Rum
  • 1oz Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz Maple Syrup
  • 8-10 Mint Leaves
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Mint Spring

Instructions:

1. Clap the mint leaves and put into a collins glass then add ice

2. Add the rest of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and

shake for 15s

3. Double strain into the collins glass

4. Top with soda

5. Garnish with a lime wedge
