Latitude 55 Northern Hare Gin - Recipes

Northern Negroni

Bold and balanced, this cocktail blends Latitude 55 Northern Hare Gin with Campari and sweet vermouth for a rich, herbaceous sip. Citrus and spruce add depth.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Latitude 55 Northern Hare Gin
• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
• Ice
• Garnish: Orange Rind and Spruce Tip

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice and stir for 10 seconds
2. Double strain into a old-fashion glass with a large ice cube
3. Garnish with the orange rind wrapped around the spruce tip with a skewer

The Pine & Berry

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Latitude 55 Northern Hare Gin
• 0.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• 0.5 oz Haskap Syrup
• Ice
• Garnish: Pineapple Chunks

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients except Pineapple Chunks into shaker with Ice and shake for 10 seconds.

2. Strain into a Crystal Rocks glass with Ice and garnish with Pineapple Chunks.
