Led by our team of experts, this immersive gin making experience allows you to craft a truly distinctive spirit unique to your tastes and preferences. The experience includes:

  • Handpicking your favourite holiday flavours from our curated selection of botanicals.
  • Participation in the distilling process to watch your gin go from concept to reality.
  • Insight into the distillation process and the intricate artistry of creating premium spirits.
  • The opportunity to taste your gin as it comes off the still and after the distillation is over.
  • 24 custom bottles of your very own top quality holiday gin.

    This experience is $1,000.00 (not including tax or gratuity). There is no limit to group numbers. Must be 18+ to particulate. Experience takes from 2-3 hours.

     Taste & Tour Latitude 55 Distillery 

     Embark on a journey to learn about the craft and history that goes into our favourite spirits. Gain a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship that goes into each and every bottle. Join us for an unforgettable behind-the-scenes tour of our one-of-a-kind distillery located in an old firehall. To ensure an intimate and immersive experience, our distillery tour requires a minimum of 6 people. Pre-booking is mandatory. $35 per person not including tax or gratuity. Must be age 18+.
